No matter what sort of property you require cleared we specialise in the clearance of waste, debris, rubbish and junk that is left in unattended or empty properties or land, including needles (sharps removal) and the removal of hazardous materials.

On completion of property clearances we can also offer full industrial cleaning and deep cleaning services from our Cleaning Division of Palmaris leaving your property prepared for your next tenant to occupy.   

Our Environmental Commitment

Some property clearance companies do not possess the required accreditations and environmental commitments to ensure they fully comply with current legislation. This can often lead to fly tipping with the responsibility falling back to the owners/property managers. At Palmaris, we are a Licensed Waste Carrier and comply fully with all legislation in relation to the carriage and disposal of waste.

We are also fully committed to addressing the environmental issues related to our business, through the Segregation and Recycling of as many waste streams as possible, and have made a commitment to ensure that we are “Green” in all aspects of our property operations.

All of our operatives are given relevant training to ensure they carry out their daily jobs professionally and at all times in accordance with current health and safety legislation. We are fully accredited through both  ISO14001: Environmental Management and OHSAS 18001: Occupational Health and Safety standards.
