The Palmaris Key Holding and Response Service eliminates the inconvenience of false alarm activations, but can assist in exercising the Duty of Care to employees.
In accordance with BS 7984 requirements, our service will act as a primary key holder and respond to alarm activations on the customer`s behalf.
In the event of alarm activation, our Alarm Receiving Centre will verify the cause of the activation and will liaise with the police, followed by a response vehicle being deployed.
On completion of all activations and responses, Palmaris are able to provide full detailed electronic incident reports within 1 working day of the incident to ensure all information is recorded and monitored within the client premises.
Where CCTV evidence is monitored by Palmaris, all recorded data will be provided to the police immediately. Security procedures will be reviewed and preventative actions recommended to our clients.
