Monitoring Services

Our in-house, Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) and Remote Video Receiving Centre (RVRC) is centrally located at our Head office in Coatbridge, North Lanarkshire. We operate with cutting-edge equipment and technology, continually seeking improvements in order to remain at the forefront of the Security Industry within the UK.

Our ARC includes the monitoring of Intruder Alarms, Fire Alarms and “Identicom” lone worker devices all to the relevant British Standards and audited to NACOSS ARC Gold Standard for a category II ARC. These services help support many of our contracts and frequently allow our clients to reduce security services costs through utilization of these technologies.

We are also a fully accredited RVRC and are able to monitor Detector Activated CCTV systems to the BS 8418 standard as well as the management and operation of CCTV systems to BS 7958. This allows the issuing of police URN numbers for level 1 response status which guarantees our clients an immediate police response to emergency situations.
