Job Role: Security/Customer Service Officer
Location: Multrees Walk, Edinburgh
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Prior security industry experience preferred.
Licences:A valid SIA DS/SG licence is required. CCTV licence is desirable.
Skills: Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to visitors and tenants.
- Patrol internal and external areas of the development.
- Conduct daily checks of the premises.
- Monitor CCTV systems (if suitably licensed).
- Maintain site paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Perform weekly fire/sprinkler tests.
Shift Patterns:
Days, nights, and backshift.
Minimum 51.5 hours per week with potential for overtime and holiday cover.
What We Offer:
Rate of Pay: £12.25 per hour.
Christmas Bonus: Discretionary and performance-based.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.
Schedule:
10-hour and 12-hour shifts.
Day, night, weekday, and weekend availability required.
Requirements:
